Biostimulants on pasture – why and how

August 25 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm MST

August 25 | Frost Fossum Farms, near Briar Ridge

The final event in the August Grazing Series takes place at Frost Fossum Farms, where the Peace Region Living Lab (PRLL) and the Peace River Forage Association of BC (PRFA) will explore emerging tools for improving pasture productivity.

Participants will visit a pasture where biostimulants have been incorporated into the management program and discuss where these products may fit within a grazing operation, how and when they can be applied, and what current research tells us about their potential benefits. Hear form Fixed Earth on biostimulants tailored to the Peace Region soil ecology. The evening will also include discussion on rotational grazing strategies that maximize forage utilization while maintaining healthy, productive pastures.

Join fellow producers for an evening of practical learning and discussion focused on building resilient grazing systems.

Date: Tuesday, August 25
Time: 7:00–9:00 p.m.
