DESCRIPTION:Where Producers Grow Ideas\nFebruary 24–25\, 2027\nFairview\, Alberta \nThe Peace Region Living Lab is excited to announce that Below Ground 2027 is coming to Fairview\, Alberta. \nNow entering its 5th year\, Below Ground has become one of the Peace Region’s premier gatherings for farmers\, ranchers\, agronomists\, agrologists\, researchers\, students\, and industry professionals who are passionate about practical\, profitable\, and resilient agriculture. \nOver two days\, the conference will celebrate five years of producer innovation\, collaboration\, and learning while looking ahead to the future of soil health and beneficial management practices across the Peace Region. \n\n\n\nFebruary 24\nProducer Knowledge Exchange\nExclusive to Peace Region Living Lab Producer Partners\nOur producer partners are at the heart of the Peace Region Living Lab. \nThe Producer Knowledge Exchange is a dedicated day for Living Lab producers to connect with one another\, share experiences\, discuss lessons learned over five years of on-farm innovation\, and help shape the legacy of the project. \nExpect an engaging day of conversation\, practical insights\, and peer-to-peer learning with fellow producers who have been testing and evaluating beneficial management practices across the Peace Region. \n\n\n\nFebruary 25\nBelow Ground – 5th Annual Soil Health Conference\nOpen to the Public\nJoin producers and agricultural professionals from across the Peace Region for a full day dedicated to practical soil health\, innovative farming practices\, and producer-led learning. \nWhether you’re looking to improve soil resilience\, increase profitability\, explore emerging research\, or simply learn from the experiences of other producers\, Below Ground offers practical information you can take home and apply on your own operation. \nThis year’s conference will feature: \n\nProducer success stories and lessons learned\nLeading researchers and industry experts\nPractical soil health and grazing innovations\nInteractive discussions and networking opportunities\nThe latest insights from the Peace Region Living Lab\n\nMore speakers and program details will be announced this fall. \n\n\n\nCalling All PRLL Producers\nOne of the greatest strengths of the Peace Region Living Lab has always been producers learning from producers. \nAs we celebrate five years of collaboration\, we’re inviting our producer partners to share their experiences as part of this year’s conference. \nWhether your story is about a breakthrough\, a challenge\, or something you would do differently next time\, your experience can help other producers make informed decisions. \nThere are opportunities for every comfort level\, including: \n\nSmall group discussions\nProducer panel discussions\nShort individual presentations\nInformal question-and-answer sessions\n\nYou don’t need to be a professional speaker.
